The symposium, general meeting, and awardee lectures will be held via Zoom Webinar. Q&A sessions will primarily use the chat, with audio and video used in parallel.
The related meeting will be held via Zoom online conference format. Question and answer sessions will be primarily conducted via chat, with audio/video used in parallel.
General presentations will be online poster presentations in the channel assigned to each presenter.
Posters must be posted by uploading still images in JPEG format, and the number and format of images are flexible. It is also possible to upload MP4 format videos (up to 50 MB per file, multiple files allowed) with added narration or your own video as an on-demand explanation. Due to the system specifications, participants are not able to download files, and recording by any method is prohibited.
Posters for general presentations will be viewable at any time during the conference, but presenters must be available for Q&A during their designated core time. Q&A should in principle be conducted via chat in individual channels, though real-time Q&A using audio and video is also permitted.
For the Encouragement Award, OM Award, and Narimote Animal Science Promotion Award, presentation slots equivalent to general presentations will also be provided.
