At this general meeting, Proposal No. 4, which involves "amendments to the articles of incorporation," will be deliberated.
Therefore, for all proposals, including the fourth proposal, to be approved, the approval of at least two-thirds—meaning 1,310 or more members (including those submitting proxy forms or exercising voting rights)—is required. We kindly ask all members to be sure to attend the general meeting, submit a proxy form, or exercise your voting rights. Even those attending the Nagasaki Convention may submit a proxy form or exercise their voting rights in advance without any issue.
