Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

We have decided on the two candidates for the next corporate auditor as follows.

Kenji Tomioka (Professor Emeritus, Okayama University)
Setsuko Tajima (Professor Emeritus, Osaka University)

I will assume the role of auditor, subject to the approval of all employees at the first general meeting to be held at the Sapporo Convention on Friday, September 4, 2026.
