Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

As an Incorporated Administrative Agency under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment, our organization carries out the allocation operations of the Environment Research and Technology Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund").
The Promotion Fund is a competitive research grant aimed at contributing to and reflecting environmental policy.
Even applicants who specialize in fields other than the environmental sector are eligible to submit proposed topics that can contribute to environmental policy.
We welcome proposals from a wide range of fields, from the natural sciences to the humanities and social sciences.
