Pursuant to Article 15 of the Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on August 18, 2021, to convene the 1st Ordinary General Meeting of Members for fiscal year 2021. Accordingly, pursuant to Article 16 of the Articles of Incorporation, the 1st General Meeting of Members for fiscal year 2021 (online) will be held as follows.
