To those considering participating
At the online Yonago Convention, we are introducing the following new initiatives and look forward to the participation of all our members.
By using the online communication tool Town, we enabled more flexible "two-way, real-time" communication among participants.(General presentations, social gatherings, etc.)Introductory YouTube video）

- You can move your avatar around the online venue using cursor controls to have video conversations with other participants and view e-posters and exhibits (think of it as Zoom with a spatial dimension).

- patrolling the poster session, finding unchecked and interesting presentations,

- There is a function that searches for and guides you to where a specific person is located within a large online space where many people are participating.
You can search using the ”search bar” located at the top of the online participant list (which appears by clicking the icon at the bottom left of the town window). By clicking the name of the person you are looking for, you can use the "locate on map" feature (which displays their location on the map within the space and shows the shortest path) to reach a specific person.

The social gathering venue is arranged at a well-known location in Tottori.
Later this week, we will announce the "Yonago Convention-exclusive" features regarding the convention and banquet venues that the Yonago Convention Preparation Committee has prepared in various ways for our members.
