Announcement of the Evolutionary Biology Young Researchers Meeting In-Person Seminar
Tell Me! Behind-the-Scenes Stories of Research ~Why and How Did You Do That Research?~

Thank you for your continued support. This is the Young Researchers' Association in Evolutionary Biology.
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding an in-person seminar and networking event.
This time, there are no age restrictions or similar requirements, and everyone who registers can attend the lecture.
In the first half of the seminar, three speakers—Hidenori Yazaki from Tokyo Metropolitan University, Yurie Otake from Tohoku University, and Genta Okude from the National Institute of Genetics—will talk about "developing completely novel themes that no one has handled before, and overcoming hardships and struggles in research."
In the networking session in the second half, we plan to hold a flash introduction talk aimed at fostering interaction and exchanging opinions among participants.
Depending on the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, we also plan to hold a social gathering after the event.
(Separate registration for the social gathering is not required.)

We welcome not only those participating in the Waseda tournament, but also participants from within the Kanto region.
Additionally, we are currently creating a joint networking platform that will allow participants of both events to interact online with the Next-Generation Insect Frontier Research Group, which is being held on the same day.
