Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

Registration for participation and presentations at the Waseda conference is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 12.
If you are considering making a presentation and are not yet a member of the Zoological Society, we recommend joining early.

Also, if there are any non-members close to you among our members who are considering presenting at the Waseda Annual Meeting, please encourage them to join the Zoological Society of Japan early.
In addition, student members are kindly requested to submit the signature of their academic advisor, which can be found in the documents sent after the membership registration procedure.

■ Process for Joining the Zoological Society

[1] You can register for membership by clicking the green button that says "Register as a new member" on the page that appears when you click Society Website > About the Society > Membership, Cancellation, and Other Applications.

[2] When registering, please make sure to include your department and laboratory name so that mail can be delivered properly. Once your membership application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.

[3] The secretariat will add information such as your "branch" to your registered data. In about one week after your registration, we will send you a membership fee transfer form and, for student members only, a document requiring your academic advisor's signature.

[4] Once you receive the documents, please pay the membership fee and send the documents with your advisor's signature by fax or email.

This completes the procedure.
The membership dues paid by all new members will be the annual dues for the academic year beginning July 1, 2022, and will allow you to present at the Waseda conference.
