Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

We are deeply saddened by the extent of the damage caused by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1st. We extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected, and we pray for your safety and the earliest possible recovery as you work diligently toward rebuilding.

Although it is only a small gesture of support, the Zoological Society of Japan would like to waive the membership dues for members affected by the 2026 Noto Peninsula Earthquake upon simple request to the Society. We can waive not only the next fiscal year's dues, but also accept requests for the refund of this fiscal year's dues.
