Regarding "Osaka University Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences: Recruitment of Assistant Professor and Specially Appointed Researcher"
The Osaka University Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Laboratory of Single-Cell Neurodevelopmental Physiology (tentative name, scheduled to open in fiscal year 2022), is conducting research aimed at elucidating the development and physiological functions of the cranial nervous system at the single-cell level, using sea squirts—which possess the simplest nervous system among chordates—as a model. We are seeking talented young researchers (one Assistant Professor and three Project Researchers) who are interested in this field, are proficient in at least one of the following methodologies—developmental biology, neurophysiology, live imaging, optogenetics, or single-cell omics—and will bring significant advancements to the research field.
