At the Yamagata Convention, a childcare room will be set up as usual.
Even those who have not previously responded to the questionnaire are eligible to apply, so please respond to the following items by Friday, August 25, and submit your official application by replying to this message.
Please note that the childcare contract is entered into between the member and the childcare company.

The overview of the childcare reception is as follows:

Accepted age range:
1 to 12 years old

Acceptable hours:
Thursday, September 7, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday, September 8, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, September 9, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
However, 12:00 to 13:00 is the childcare staff's break time. Parents must pick up their children by 12:00.

Regarding the usage fee:
This time, due to the contractor's policy, two childcare staff members will always accompany us.
As in previous years, the academic society will also cover the costs, so members' financial burden will remain at about the same level as usual. Information regarding what parents need to bring will be sent along with the required documents at the time of application, so please check it and prepare accordingly.
