Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

The Zoological Society operates a members-only site on its official website, allowing members to search and view the "Member List." Starting in December 2025, members will be able to choose which items are displayed on the member list themselves.

You can configure these settings in the "Confirm/Change Registration Details" section of the member-only website.
In "Member List Display Settings," you can set whether or not to make your own profile public on the member list, and in "Detailed View Display Settings from Member List," you can set whether or not to make more detailed information public.

It is also possible to configure settings for individual items such as name and address, but currently, job titles, specialties, research fields, and research materials are excluded from publication in the member list.

Note that the options include both "Public" and "Members only," but they mean the same thing. Only Zoological Society members can view the member list.
