Toray Science Education Prize
Target: Educational practices based on new ideas and ingenuity in science education at the junior and senior high school levels
Example (proven in educational settings).
Award: (1) Toray Science Education Prize, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Prize (Certificate, silver medal, and supplementary prize of 1 million yen: Toray Science
(1) particularly outstanding educational awards), (2) Toray Science Education Prize (certificate, silver medal, and supplementary cash prize of 700,000 yen)

[Toray Science Education Prize - Planning Prize]
Target: Projects based on new ideas and ingenuity in science education at the junior and senior high school levels
Development.
Award: Certificate of merit and supplementary prize money of 100,000 to 200,000 yen (approx. 10 entries selected).
Application procedure: Apply in advance via the dedicated web form by noon on Friday, September 9, and submit the prescribed application form (
Fill out the required information on the application form, convert it to PDF format, and send it to the designated application email address.
Application deadline: Saturday, September 10, 2022 (must arrive).

[Common to both awards]
Eligibility: Individuals who teach, instruct, or research science education in junior or senior high schools. Refer to application guidelines (June)
Late in the month, along with last year's collection of winning works, via the principals of junior high schools, high schools, and technical colleges nationwide, to science teachers
sent to the teacher in question, etc. (Also posted on the website).
