Estimated accommodation cost: around 15,000 yen for 2 nights with 5 meals included (when sharing a room)

Future plans
July: Abstract submission (a separate form will be provided)

Late August to early September: We will send out program information and final accommodation details.

Additional notes
We will not be launching a website, so we would appreciate it if you could forward this email to your acquaintances and associates to share the information.

Since the number of nights and requests for private rooms will affect future planning, we kindly ask as many people as possible to register early.

We are planning to have Professor Takeo Kubo (University of Tokyo, Faculty of Science) deliver the keynote speech.

We hope to make this workshop, being held for the first time in a while, a place for exchanging opinions and networking across generations and fields.
