Pursuant to Article 15 of the Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on August 18, 2025, to convene the 1st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2025.
Therefore, in accordance with Article 16 of the Articles of Incorporation, we will hold the 1st FY2025 General Meeting of Shareholders as outlined below.
