To all members of the Zoological Society of Japan, Public Interest Incorporated Foundation
My name is Nagai from the NPO ScholAgora. Last October, we changed our name from UniBioPress to ScholAgora.
Even now, we are an organization that works with the Zoological Society of Japan regarding the domestic and international subscription of Zoological Science.

Now, today, we are sending you an email from ScholAgora to request your response to a questionnaire regarding the government's OA mandate policy, which states that "research outcomes of Kakenhi funded projects accepted in 2025 will be published in Open Access." There are only 5 questions.
The main purpose of this questionnaire is to find out whether researchers are aware of the government's current policy. In addition, it also aims to help those who were not aware of it at this stage learn about this major policy.
The results will be published on the ScholAgora HP, and we will notify the academic societies and other organizations that cooperated with us. This survey was not funded by the government, but the survey results will be shared with relevant government organizations.
You can answer from the following URL.

I know you are very busy, but I would appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that many people have already responded at the Nagoya tournament. If you have already responded, please refrain from doing so again.
Currently, not just limited to the Zoological Society, about 42 percent of those who responded answered that they do not know about the immediate OA policy.
