The Foundation was established for the purpose of fostering young researchers and promoting science, and conducts public offering programs such as public offerings for research grant subsidies and conference organization grant subsidies.

Number of applications: 17 projects for the 1 million yen grant
Grant period: Until the end of fiscal year 2026 (can be carried over for 1 year)
