As of the general meeting to be held on Friday, September 4, the current number of submitted proxies and voting forms has reached 948.

To establish the general meeting, the attendance of a majority of the voting rights of all members is required, but we have not yet reached the required 1,021 attendees.

Additionally, the resolution for the scheduled amendment of the articles of incorporation this time requires approval from 1,360 or more people.

If you have not yet completed the procedure, we kindly ask for your cooperation in submitting your proxy form or voting rights exercise form in advance, regardless of whether you will attend the general meeting in person.
