Members of the Zoological Society of Japan
At the Niigata University Sado Station for Symbiosis with Nature, we are engaged in conservation activities for living organisms, including the Sado frog, an endemic species inhabiting Sado Island.
On Monday, October 9 (National Holiday), starting at 14:00, we will hold the Niigata University Sado Station for Ecosystem Conservation and Society Symposium, "Shouting Our Love for Frogs on Sado Island: The Irresistible Charm of Frogs That Researchers Are Dying to Share" (held in a hybrid format).
Boxing gold medalist Sena Irie (Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology graduate school) will also take the stage to proclaim her love for frogs.
We would appreciate it if you could share this invitation, as we hope many people will take this opportunity to attend.
