Martin Giurfa, Cassandra Extavour, and Marek Jindra, among other distinguished figures, will be in full attendance.
Dr. Ayako Katsumata from North Carolina State University, famous for her research on the evolution of taste aversion in cockroaches, will also give a lecture.
We would be grateful if you would consider participating as a venue for international exchange.

Tracing its origins back to the International Cricket Conference previously held in Tokushima, this academic conference held its inaugural meeting last year at Bowdoin.
Not only crickets, but a diverse range of insect species such as ants and rhinoceros beetles are taken up as subjects,
Lectures were given on a wide range of fields such as genetics, developmental biology, behavioral science, and neuroscience.
This year, we will hold the second edition as a satellite event to ICE 2024.

We look forward to providing opportunities for networking toward the further development of research using insects as experimental animals, and we appreciate your support.
