Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

We have received notice of the passing of our honorary member, Professor Susumu Takasugi, from his bereaved family.
I understand that he passed away in June and the funeral has already been held.
I would like to express my sincere condolences here and pray for the peaceful repose of Dr. Susumu Takasugi's soul.
