3. Program Overview
All general presentations will be oral presentations and are scheduled to take place on the first and third days..
Open symposia and related meetings are scheduled to be held on the first and second days.That's it.
The Headquarters Planning Symposium, General Meeting, and Award Winner Lectures will be held on the second day.。
○The social gathering will be held at the Yamagata Kokusai Hotelhttps://www.kokusaihotel.comwill be held on the second day.
○ We operate a digital WEB program and distribute a summary booklet of the program at the venue.。

4. Participation fee, reception fee
The conference registration fee and banquet fee will be set in three stages (Early pre-registration: MayUntil the 12th, Mid pre-registration: Until June 2nd, Late pre-registration: June 3(from the 8th until August 18th).
Early registration (signup) offers a lower participation fee. Please register early.Please.

○ For transportation between the accommodation and the venue, please use walking or public transportation (bus orYou will use a taxi. Given the season, the accommodation facilities are crowded.is expected, so we recommend booking your accommodation early.
Undergraduate students who are not presenting may attend free of charge.
Call for proposals for open symposia and related meetings will be issued in January 2023.If you are planning to organize a symposium or related meeting, we will send it to you.Please make preparations.
