At the Zoological Society Council meeting held on Saturday, June 1 at the Tokyo International Forum, two candidates recommended by the OM Prize Selection Committee were discussed. As a result, the Zoological Society of Japan Council decided to present the FY2019 Zoological Society of Japan OM Award for Encouragement of Female Researchers to the following two individuals.
