Thank you for your continued support. This is the Young Researchers' Association in Evolutionary Biology.
9月7We will be holding an in-person seminar and networking event in Shinjuku on [Date]. Up until now, the registration deadline has been8月20Although we had set the deadline as [Date], due to the overwhelming response and numerous requests, the registration deadline has been8月31We have decided to extend it until [Day of the week] (Wednesday).
Our organization does not have any participation fees or age restrictions. However, to implement thorough COVID-19 safety measures, we are limiting participants to the first 90 people.
In the first half of the seminar, Yazaki Eiso (Tokyo Metropolitan University), Otake Yurie-san (Tohoku University), Okude The three members including Mr./Ms. Genta (National Institute of Genetics) will talk about "building a brand-new theme that no one has ever tackled, and the stories of overcoming the struggles and hardships of conducting research on non-model organisms."
And in the second half of the networking session, we will hold a self-introduction flash talk aimed at encouraging interaction and the exchange of opinions among all participants.

Additionally, for the Next-Generation Insect Frontier Research Meeting (hosted by the Japanese Society for Comparative Physiology and Biochemistry Young Researchers' Association) held on the same day, we have prepared a joint platform where participants from both events can interact online. Given the tense COVID-19 situation, we currently believe it difficult to hold events such as banquets, but you will be able to enjoy free information exchange on the aforementioned platform and social gatherings.
