Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

At the Waseda conference, as in previous years, a childcare room will be set up. Prior to its establishment, we are conducting a survey of those who wish to use the childcare service. If you currently wish to use the childcare service, please reply to this email with your response by August 2. Formal applications will be announced again in late August via the Zoological Society of Japan mailing list.
Please note that the childcare contract is entered into between the member and the childcare company.

The overview of the childcare reception is as follows:

Accepted age range:
From age 0 to the 6th grade of elementary school (We plan to have 2 or more childcare workers. The number of childcare workers assigned will be determined by the number of children requiring childcare.)

Acceptable hours:
September 8 (Thu) 9:00 - 18:00
Friday, September 9, 9:00 - 18:00
Saturday, September 10, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Estimated usage fee:
The unit price is 2,800 yen (tax included) per staff member per hour. Since the academic society will cover half the cost, the fee will be 1,400 yen. Additionally, the academic society will cover the transportation expenses of 1,500 yen.
Outside of regular hours, individual consultations are available upon request.

Parents are required to bring their child's diapers, baby wipes, a change of clothes, drinks, meals, snacks, and other necessary items.
