Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

Based on the opinions of the chairperson candidate determined by this election, we have decided on the two auditor candidates as follows.

Noriko Oshima (Member of the Board of Directors, Toho University Educational Corporation; Professor Emeritus, Toho University)
Hiroshi Takahashi (Current Auditor of the Zoological Society of Japan, former Managing Director and Advisor of the Toray Science Foundation)

I will assume the role of the next auditor upon approval by the members at the 1st general meeting to be held at the Waseda Convention on Friday, September 9, 2022.
