Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

At the beginning of 2020, I wrote a New Year's greeting titled "Toward a Truly Sustainable Zoological Society."
It also mentions the "Meibara Shinjiro Research Encouragement Grant," which is scheduled to begin accepting applications around April 2020. It has been posted on the following academic society website, so please check the link below for details.

We sincerely hope that the year 2020, which coincides with the momentous Olympic year, will be a fulfilling and wonderful year for all of our members.
