Dear Members of the Zoological Society of Japan

As in previous years, a childcare room will be set up during the conference in Sapporo. Prior to its establishment, we are conducting a survey of those who wish to use the childcare service. If you would like to use the childcare service at this stage, please fill out the form by Tuesday, July 21. Formal application details will be announced again around August via the Zoological Society of Japan members' mailing list. Please note that the childcare contract will be made directly between the member and the childcare company.

The overview of the childcare reception is as follows:

Accepted age range:
From age 0 to the 6th grade of elementary school

Acceptable time (scheduled):
Thursday, September 3, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, September 4, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
September 5 (Sat) 8:30 – 16:00

Regarding the usage fee: We will contact you individually after the conference ends. As in previous years, the conference will cover a portion of the fee, ensuring that the cost to our members remains comparable to past years.

Regarding the capacity: We are making preparations so that as many people as possible can use the service, but if the maximum number of children that the childcare staff can accept is reached, we may have to refuse requests. Due to the contractor's policy, at least two childcare staff members will be present.

Items to be provided by parents/guardians
◎ Drinks (what your child usually drinks)
◎ Change of clothes (in case of potential contamination from restroom use or food/drink)
◎ Diapers, paper pants, baby wipes (as needed)
Lunch (dinner), snack (as needed) *Food and drinks are not provided in the childcare room.
◎Milk, baby bottle, hot water (if necessary, please prepare what you usually drink.)
