Okayama University, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology is seeking applications for an Associate Professor.
We are seeking an individual who has achieved remarkable research results in the field of ecological governance and is enthusiastic about engaging in research and education at the undergraduate and graduate levels of a university.
Please note that there is no fixed term, but the Okayama University annual salary system applies.

[Application Requirements]
Applications are invited from a wide range of fields (animal and plant) researching biological control.
The following items are required qualifications for application.
1) Having a track record of securing public research funding as a "Principal Investigator" (or "Representative")
2) Within 18 years of obtaining a doctoral degree (in cases involving life events, the period may be extended by adding the specified years, up to a maximum extension of 23 years after obtaining the degree).
3) Have an h-index of 5 or higher.
4) Having published 5 or more papers as a corresponding author or first author
