At the Annual Meeting of the Zoological Society of Japan in Nagoya, a childcare room will be provided so that all participants can attend with peace of mind.
If you wish to use childcare services and have not yet registered for the conference, please register for the conference first, and then apply from the link below.

*The "Childcare Service Request Questionnaire" previously sent only to those who had completed their registration was for a survey of intentions, and this form serves as the official application procedure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but even those who replied last time are kindly asked to apply again using this form. Those who did not reply to the previously sent questionnaire are also welcome to apply.
Childcare Service Overview
Eligible age: Newborns to 6th graders
Acceptable hours:
Thursday, September 4, 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM
September 5 (Fri) 8:45 AM – 8:45 PM
September 6 (Sat) 8:45–15:45 (*Notes apply)
Usage fee:
We will contact you individually regarding the usage fee after the academic conference. As in previous years, the conference will cover a portion of the usage fee, so the amount paid by users is expected to be about the same as in previous years.
Regarding the capacity:
We are preparing to accommodate as many people as possible, but if applications exceed the number of children-rearing staff available, we may have to decline your request. Please apply as early as possible.
What to bring:
Please bring diapers, baby wipes, a change of clothes, drinks, meals, snacks, a handkerchief, etc.
Details regarding what to bring will be communicated after the application deadline by the childcare service provider, Office Palette Co., Ltd.
Please note that due to venue circumstances, childcare services on Saturday, September 6, will be available only until 15:45, prior to the end of the public lecture. Thank you for your understanding.
