■ Yamazaki-Teiichi Prize
The Yamazaki-Teiichi Prize of the General Incorporated Foundation: Foundation for Advancement of Materials Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Yamazaki-Teiichi Prize") was established with the objective of contributing to the improvement, dissemination, and awareness of scientific and technological standards, and to commemorate the achievements and contributions toward the development of science, technology, and industry, as well as the cultivation of human resources, made by the late Teiichi Yamazaki, who served as the foundation's first president.

2. Semiconductors, Systems, Information, and Electronics
■Content
(1) The nationality of the winners does not matter.
(2) All winners will receive a certificate and a medal, along with a prize of 3 million yen for each field.
(3) The presentation ceremony is scheduled to take place in November.
(4) Those who applied in the past and were not selected may apply again. In that case, if you have new developments or new materials, please include them when preparing and submitting your application.
(5) If applying as a group (up to 3 people in total), please provide detailed contribution achievements in the application form for each person. Applications are accepted even if members belong to different organizations.
(6) In the case of a nomination by another person, please be sure to enter the recommender's information; in the case of a self-nomination, please enter the reference contact's information. The recommender or reference contact must be a person "other than the candidate."
(7) We welcome proactive applications and recommendations from female candidates.
