At the Zoological Society of Japan, this is the time of year when membership applications increase due to presentations at the Sapporo Annual Meeting.

If you are considering joining, please keep the following points in mind.
Also, for members who know anyone considering presenting at the Sapporo Conference, we would greatly appreciate it if you could encourage them to join early, keeping the following points in mind.

■1■ When entering your affiliation, please kindly provide information up to your faculty, academic society, or laboratory name.

■2■ After submitting your membership application, there is a manual "approval" process by the secretariat. We check and approve new members several times a day, so applications submitted in the evening or at night will generally be approved the following day. Once you have submitted your application, please refrain from sending your data multiple times.

■3■ Please be careful to enter your email address correctly.

4. Once your personal ID and password are confirmed, you will be able to register for participation and abstract submission for the Sapporo Annual Meeting. Regarding the Zoological Society annual membership fee, please make your payment using the transfer form that will be sent to you at a later date.
