The participation fee is set in three tiers. Because the start of registration and abstract submission was delayed, the early registration deadline has been changed to Monday, May 18. Please note that undergraduate and graduate students who are not presenting abstracts can attend for free. Please register on-site on the day of the event.

Registration Fee: General Member ¥9,000, Student Member ¥2,000, Non-member ¥11,000
Social gathering fee: Regular member 9,000 yen, Student member 4,000 yen, Non-member 11,000 yen
If payment is made by Friday, May 29
Participation fee: General members 10,000 yen, Student members 2,000 yen, Non-members 12,000 yen
Social gathering fee: Regular members 10,000 yen, Student members 5,000 yen, Non-members 12,000 yen
In case of payment on or after Saturday, May 30
Registration fee: General Member: 12,000 yen, Student Member: 2,000 yen, Non-member: 14,000 yen
Banquet fee: General member 12,000 yen, Student member 5,000 yen, Non-member 14,000 yen
