Dear members of the Kyushu Branch of the Zoological Society of Japan

Dear Sir or Madam,
We are pleased to announce that the 2026 General Meeting of the Kyushu Branch of the Zoological Society of Japan will be held as follows, during the 78th Joint Fukuoka Meeting of the Kyushu Branch of the Zoological Society of Japan and Three Other Societies, which will take place on May 23 and 24, 2026, at Fukuoka University. Although we know you are busy, please review the attached general meeting materials.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Branch Bylaws, the branch general meeting shall be established with the attendance of a majority of the regular branch members, and matters shall be decided by a majority of the attending regular branch members. This general meeting will be held in person during the Fukuoka Convention on Saturday, May 23. Those who will be absent are requested to submit a proxy form via the response form below. Please note that those who fail to submit a proxy form will be deemed to have approved all agenda items.
