Only those who have completed abstract submission may modify their abstracts until noon on Friday, June 5.

■ Regarding new memberships

If any of your acquaintances are considering joining the Zoological Society to present at the conference, we would appreciate it if you could encourage them to join as early as possible, including the following points:

1. When entering your affiliation, please kindly provide information up to your faculty, academic society, or laboratory name.
2. After submitting your membership application, manual "approval" will be performed by the secretariat. We check and approve new members several times a day, [so membership applications submitted in the evening or at night will generally be approved the following day]. Once you have submitted your membership application, please refrain from sending your data multiple times.
3. Please be careful to enter your email address correctly, making sure there are no mistakes.
4. Once your personal ID and password are confirmed, you will be able to register for participation and abstract submission for the Sapporo Annual Meeting. Regarding the Zoological Society annual membership fee, please make your payment using the transfer form that will be sent to you separately at a later date.
