This is the 24th term secretariat. I am forwarding a notice from the Japan Women Engineers Forum.

[Notice of the Japan Women Engineers Forum Regular Meeting]
The Japan Women Engineers Forum will hold a regular meeting event on Saturday, June 27.

This year's theme is: "Careers that continue amid change — Individual choices made while navigating uncertainty —"

Throughout your career, you will experience uncertainty time and time again amidst changes in your environment, technology, and life.
The gap with the career you had envisioned, changes in work style and roles, balancing life events, and hesitation toward new challenges.
At this regular meeting, a total of five JWEF members—one facilitator and four panelists—will take the stage to speak candidly about the choices they have made and how they have navigated their careers.

There is no single career path; one option is to deepen your expertise, while another is to broaden your role while leveraging your experience and strengths.
I hope this dialogue serves as a hint and perspective for all participants to consider their future careers.
