This is a reminder regarding the 2026 "12th Kyushu District Zoology Colloquium" announced previously, as the application deadline is approaching.

The application deadline is Monday, July 13, 2026.

Since this colloquium provides a good opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to present their research and engage in discussions, we would appreciate it if you could inform the students in your laboratory.

The main points are as follows:

[Date] Wednesday, August 19 – Thursday, August 20, 2026
[Location] National Isahaya Youth Nature Center (Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture)
[Participation Fee] Faculty members: 4,000 yen / Students: 1,000 yen (Includes accommodation, reception, and meals)
[Announcement] All participants must do one of the following: Research Presentation (15 mins + 3 mins Q&A) or Self-Introduction (5 mins)
[Registration] Please fill out the registration form (Excel), rename the file to include your "university name, laboratory name, etc.", and send it to Okada (jokada@nagasaki-u.ac.jp) to send
