At the meeting of the Zoological Society of Japan Board of Directors held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM, two OM Prize candidates were recommended by the OM Prize Selection Committee.
As a result of deliberation, the Zoological Society of Japan Board of Directors has decided to award the 2024 Zoological Society of Japan OM Award for Encouragement of Female Researchers to the following two individuals.
