Dates: Saturday, July 26, 2025, 12:30–17:30 (General oral presentations, high school poster presentations)
Sunday, July 27, 2025, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (General Meeting, General Presentations)
* "Zoology for Parents and Children" is being considered for simultaneous holding with the high school student poster presentation.

Venue: Tohoku University Aobayama Commons, 468-1 Aramaki Aoba, Aoba-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture
Participation fee 500 yen (Please pay at the reception on the day) *High school students and accompanying persons are free
Presentation: General oral presentation (12-minute presentation, 3-minute Q&A), High school student poster presentation
Additionally, a social gathering is planned after the schedule ends on Saturday, July 26.
