This is an announcement for the call for proposals for symposia and related meetings at the 92nd Yonago Convention.
We are now accepting proposals for symposia, related meetings, and satellite symposia for the 92nd Annual Meeting of the Zoological Society of Japan in Yonago (Thursday, September 2, 2021 – Saturday, September 4, 2021; Yonago Convention Center "BiG SHiP", Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture).
The symposium is scheduled for the morning and evening of the first and second days, and the morning of the third day. Related meetings are planned for the afternoon and evening of the day before the conference, as well as the evenings of the first and second days. Satellite symposia are scheduled for the afternoon and evening of the day before the conference.
At the Yonago conference, as a first-time initiative, we have established a framework for satellite symposia and related meetings on the day before the conference. Proposals of up to 6 hours in length can be held within this framework. We welcome challenging proposals that differ from conventional symposia and related meetings.
In this tournament, we also welcome proposals for meetings based on the free ideas of young members.

Additionally, for proposals adopted last year that had their implementation postponed to this main convention, please submit a new application for holding them at this convention and to confirm any changes.
In this case, last year's selection results will be maintained. Thank you for your cooperation and sorry for the inconvenience.
The project representative should download [01_Guidelines for Symposium Applications_2021] and [02_Application Form_2020] from the Yonago Convention website under "Symposia and Related Meetings," fill out the required information in the "Project Application Form," and send it to the following address.
